Jerusalem Shelters is a voluntary, community resource maintained on a best-effort basis by an individual. It was created to assist individual preparedness, particularly among Jerusalem's English-speaking population.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Jerusalem Municipality, the Home Front Command (Pikud HaOref), or any government body. It is not an official emergency service.

No warranty, representation, or guarantee is offered regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency of any information presented, including but not limited to shelter locations, addresses, types, capacity figures, and accessibility status.

Shelter data was obtained from public sources and may contain errors introduced during collection, geocoding, or data transformation. Shelter availability, locations, and access conditions may have changed since the data was obtained.

The maintainer of this site shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of, or reliance on, any information provided on this website. Use of this site is entirely at your own risk.

This includes, without limitation, any harm resulting from inaccurate shelter locations, shelters that are no longer accessible, or any other errors or omissions in the data.

Always Prioritise Official Sources

Users are strongly advised to always prioritise official government sources for emergency preparedness and shelter information. In an emergency, follow the instructions of the Home Front Command (Pikud HaOref) and local authorities.
